I’m going to start rocking out to music that is no older/newer than 5 or 6 years. As in have you guys heard this song: Since U Been Gone, its by Kelly Clarkson. I think she’s going to be huge(little fat pun). I don’t know if people are going to think I’m being genuine or not but I’m going to think its really funny when everyone knows the words and I throw out stuff like wow this song is brand new how’d you hear about it?

90’s nostalgia is huge right now 80’s songs have been on the classic rock stations since the 80’s I’d like to start the new 2005 is the new 2010 in music. I get to bust out Beverly Hills by Weezer, Soldier by Destiny’s Child. I get to act like Destiny’s Child is still a thing! I’m really really excited. People are going to hate me.

This isn’t a new hipster thing I’m just bored and have decided to be as annoying as humanly possible until I’m employed and since I have NO prospects at the moment I’m going to be making and losing a lot of new friends

haven’t slept in 2 days, except for 20min in a car on the way to Chicago. Just went to get McDonalds breakfast because it is a cheap perk of my insomnia. I accidentally said Mcmuffin instead of biscuit. SHIT! the eggs are chewier on a semcmuffin than on the delectable crumbly sebuiscuit

Emma Frost is actually considered on par with Professor X, and in some cases far superior, as far as telepaths go. Here is an issue where Emma wipes the floor - telepathically speaking - with Professor X. And Psylocke isn’t much…

LOVE this post for soooo many reasons mainly because I agree that emma wins. The fight is telepath vs telepath not telepath vs telekinetic where technically psylocke would win because it has been said multiple times she can crush mountains point psylocke. Jean has “power” but its not real because its always phoenix when she is strong. Jean by herself is a normal to strong telepath the only argument ever is jean and phoenix are one and the same…..but that is a cheat. Emma pretty much always dominates as far as telepaths go, she got beefed up like most of the people in the x-men series did but even after decimation(wow just realized how much of a nerd i am) she still retains all of her amazingly strong telepathic abilities and her diamond form. Even if you did pair jean phoenix against emma then that means you have to add in all of emmas extra parts being the 5 cuckoos and all the other thousands of emma clones which makes emma the queen bee of the psy world and jean just a space character that repeatedly dies.

that being said I always liked Jean but she can’t be considered strongest, and I hate overpowered mutants in the comics it makes it less fun

I drove to Chicago to see my friend’s play. The theater was in Pilsen, I got there about… three hours(?) before the house opened. I grabbed some Pad See Eiw, because if you throw a stick in Chicago you’re likely to hit a thai restaurant, but where I live now there’s only one within 60…

I go to school an hour (or so) west of Chicago and I always wonder about those things. I know its morbid but we had a shooting at our school that killed 5 and injured dozens and the memorial for them is sooo bland and the sculpture that was commissioned i find hideous because it looks like an exaggerated hunting knife. When I see things like the “elmo” I always wonder if it is an age thing or a personal preference and i feel as though the singular memorials that are shoddy but person specific are considerably more moving than something that is sterile and erected for a group. My issue is why is a group one that is bland considered “art” where as something erected by someone close to the person not. It bugs me and its one of the many reasons I get into arguments with my art teachers because art is an idiotically subjective term.
